Covid Update Monday 8th June

If you are attending for an appointment, please note the following in order to keep yourselves and everyone around you safe.

• Only attend your appointment if you are completely asymptomatic of a fever, cough, altered smell/taste or breathing difficulties.
• Our reception team will contact you to confirm your appointment and may ask you a series of health screening questions.

Please kindly advise them if you have experienced any of the symptoms listed above within the last 48 hours.

• If you have experienced any of the symptoms above, please kindly contact the practice via telephone/email to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
• Following this, please self-isolate or call 111 for further guidance.

When/if your appointment has been confirmed:

The reception team may ask for payment over the phone to minimise the contact you have when you arrive for your appointment.

We do ask that where possible, you pay for your treatment over the phone or otherwise pay via credit or debit card or contactless payment.

Please attend the practice only 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and kindly wait in line before entering.

We do ask that you watch the above information video which will explain the changes we have made at the practice.

These changes implement 2m social distancing at all times. Due to this, please attend your appointment alone, unless you are a vulnerable adult or child.

We kindly ask you hand sanitise on entering and avoid touching your face where possible.

We recommend that you utilise each appointment visit for the maximum proposed treatment as possible, this will reduce the overall visits required to ensure you remain safe.
